Mathilde Clar

Communications Intern

Mathilde is a Communications Intern focusing on conflict resolution, governance, and human rights advocacy. Originally from France, she has crafted impactful communication strategies at the International Crisis Group in Brussels, where she contributed to projects like "Ten Conflicts to Watch in 2023".


At Amnesty International Student Group in Amsterdam and Paris, she led fundraising initiatives and coordinated significant events, including a conference on Nigeria's 2023 elections. Mathilde earned her Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution & Governance from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. She brings a global perspective to her work, having lived in the Netherlands, France, Oman, and Australia.
