About
The Cities Changing Diabetes (CCD) program is built on a public‑private partnership that drives cross‑disciplinary and cross‑sector collaboration. Working together, they aim to build cities that help people live healthier lives, and where people with diabetes can live life to the full.

Dalberg Media supported the set up and facilitation of a two-day workshop which convened representatives from CCD partner cities and engaged all participants in developing their current or prospective financing models, so that they are ‘pitch ready’ for investors. During the two days of the workshop, the participants were guided through all elements of a Diabetes Impact Bond contract and developed their own contract in a facilitated process.
