Communications Intern
Tom Marland is a Communications Intern with a background in localization, grant applications, program data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Originally from Manchester, he holds a master’s degree in Development and International Relations from Aalborg University, focusing on refugee studies, and completed an exchange at the University of Copenhagen during his Politics and International Relations degree at Bristol University.
With extensive experience in fostering meaningful change, Tom has led localization initiatives, crafted policy briefs, and coordinated large-scale volunteer teams at festivals. Additionally, he co-founded a travel data platform that secured funding from top UK universities, showcasing his innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
