Thomas Marland

Tom is a Communications Consultant at Dalberg Media with a background in localization, grant applications, program data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Originally from Manchester, he holds a master’s degree in Development and International Relations from Aalborg University, with a focus on refugee studies, and completed an exchange at the University of Copenhagen during his bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations at the University of Bristol.
Tom brings experience in driving meaningful change through leading localization initiatives, developing policy briefs, and coordinating large-scale volunteer teams at festivals. He also co-founded a travel data platform that secured funding from leading UK universities, reflecting his innovative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
