Serene Habbal

Serene is a Senior Communications Consultant at Dalberg Media, where she designs and delivers communication strategies, creative storytelling, and experience-based initiatives that drive social impact. Her work bridges strategy, facilitation, and content creation, bringing complex ideas to life through clear narratives and engaging audience experiences. She has expertise in designing participatory processes, developing impact-driven narratives, and curating experiences that foster collaboration and action.

Prior to joining Dalberg Media, Serene worked with UNICEF Syria as a Communications for Development Officer, where she designed and implemented social and behavior change campaigns across health, nutrition, education, and youth development.

Serene holds a master’s degree in International Development from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications.
