Sashwati Banerjee

Sashwati is a Senior Project Manager at Dalberg Media and a social development professional with over three decades of experience. Her expertise spans Communication for Development (C4D), Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) in health, gender, and early childhood development, as well as organizational development and strategy. She is also the founder of Top Parent, a free EdTech app designed to help low-income families prepare their children for school and life.

Prior to joining Dalberg Media, Sashwati was the Founder and Managing Director of Sesame Street India and led award-winning campaigns promoting reproductive rights and choice. She serves on the boards of progressive women’s organizations in India and is deeply committed to gender and sexuality rights.
