Paula Facio Lince

Paula is a Senior Communications Consultant at Dalberg Media, where she works on communications, research, and strategy development for global health and sustainability projects.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Paula gained experience in youth mobilization at UN Live, venture capital at ASIF Ventures, and social entrepreneurship at Impact Hub.

She holds a master’s degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam, a master’s degree in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from IE University, Spain.
