Paula Facio Lince

Paula is a Communications Project Manager at Dalberg Media, where she leads communications strategy and research, translating complex ideas into content and partnerships that shift perception and drive action. Her work spans global health, gender equity and human rights.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Paula gained experience in youth mobilization at UN Live, venture capital at ASIF Ventures and social entrepreneurship at Impact Hub.

Paula holds a master's degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam, a master's degree in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from IE University, Spain.
