Neha Kumari

Neha is a Senior Communications Project Manager at Dalberg Media, with a strong background in strategic and innovative design, project management, and large-scale program implementation for global organizations and governments.

Before joining Dalberg Media, Neha worked with a global NPO in sub-Saharan Africa, leading strategy, innovation, brand positioning, and implementation at the intersection of tech solutions and user-centric program design to empower young girls and women in SRH services, HIV testing, and employability. She has also collaborated with multilateral organizations including UNICEF, Mott MacDonald, Pathfinders International, and GIZ, as well as nearly 10 political and bureaucratic leadership bodies and state governments in India on large-scale policy implementation programs across public health, service delivery, digital transformation, RMNCH+A, gender, and WASH.

Neha holds a postgraduate degree in Communication for Development (C4D) from Xavier’s Institute of Communication, Mumbai, India.
