Mette Lybye

Mette is a Senior Project Manager at Dalberg Media, focusing on strategic advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building. She acts as Head of Secretariat for the Danish Alliance for Global Health.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Mette worked with the United Nations in New York and has a background in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has extensive experience across development and humanitarian policy, human rights, gender equality, civic space, and inclusive decision-making.

Mette holds a master’s degree in Conflict, Rights, and Justice from SOAS University of London and a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies and Development Studies from Roskilde University.
