Mette Lybye

Mette is a Senior Project Manager at Dalberg Media, specializing in strategic advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Mette worked in the Office of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth in New York and has a background in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has extensive experience across development and humanitarian policy, human rights, gender equality, civic space, and inclusive decision-making.

Mette holds a master’s degree in Conflict, Rights, and Justice from SOAS University of London and a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies and Development Studies from Roskilde University.
