Maya Mortensen-Ramlill

Maya is a Communications Intern at Dalberg Media with a strong foundation in marine science and environmental communication. Inspired by ocean ecosystems and the resilience of nature, she has developed communications strategies that advance environmental awareness across NGOs and the United Nations, with a particular interest in creative campaigning and visual storytelling.

Maya has written and illustrated ocean conservation articles for Wild Tees Magazine and has taught marine science to diverse audiences. Through her work with the United Nations, she has gained experience designing inclusive, institutionally grounded campaigns and is motivated by a strong commitment to sustainability and collective impact.
