Camay Barrett

Camay is the HR & Operations Associate at Dalberg Media, where she leads HR processes and supports the organization’s operational and people-focused functions. Passionate about building inclusive, well-run workplaces, she oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy development, and contributes to the continuous improvement of internal systems and workflows that support Dalberg Media’s growing team.

Before joining Dalberg Media, Camay worked across global HR operations, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development. She previously held roles at the Danish Refugee Council and ReDI School of Digital Integration, where she led initiatives to strengthen people processes, embed inclusive practices, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Camay holds a master’s degree in Advanced Migration Studies from the University of Copenhagen, a bachelor's degree in Cultural Encounters and Communication Studies from Roskilde University, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. John's University, New York.
